Description

Step into a vibrant, colossal forest of fungi. The game board is carpeted in velvety moss and dotted with glowing sporangia. Your objective is to precisely puncture the ripening sporangia, releasing their luminous spores to illuminate the surrounding gloom. Each successful hit triggers a dazzling explosion of glowing dust and transmits energy through the mycelial network to adjacent sporangia, sparking a chain reaction of maturation. The game emphasizes “strategic strikes”—rather than hitting every target, you guide a chain reaction across the board by targeting key nodes, offering a visually stunning, soothing experience rich in strategic depth.

Gameplay and Skill Set:
To clear a level, you must release enough spore dust to reach the “Dispersal Threshold.” You can achieve this by striking targets directly or by triggering chain reactions. Available skills include “Mycelial Sense,” which highlights the key sporangia connected to the most nodes; “Slow Sprout,” which extends the time sporangia remain suspended after maturing, giving you a wider window to aim; and “Explosive Inoculation,” which allows a single dart to ricochet three times after impact, detonating three scattered sporangia in sequence and vastly improving board-clearing efficiency.

Level Overview (Levels 2000–4000):
In the early stages, sporangia are static and sparsely arranged, with chain reactions affecting only 2–3 neighboring nodes. Beyond Level 2400, sporangia begin to pulse slowly, changing size over time; you must strike when they are fully expanded (and thus most vulnerable). Level 2900 introduces “Parasitic Vines” that entangle certain sporangia, rendering them immune to detonation until you sever the vines’ anchor points. From Level 3400 onwards, sporangia randomly “migrate” across the board, completely altering the layout’s topology with every playthrough. By Level 4000, you are confronted with a dense “spore cloud” in which all the spore sacs surge and morph as a fluid, unified mass; you must identify the single core sac carrying the “master gene” and detonate it to trigger a widespread dispersal.
