Description
Visible whirlwinds (vortices) hover above the playing field. Darts are deflected by these whirlwinds during flight. You must observe wind vanes and the direction of the vortex to apply “windage correction”—intentionally aiming upwind so the wind carries the dart into the bullseye. Whirlwind intensity and direction shift in real-time, turning every throw into a unique meteorological challenge.
Gameplay and Skill Packs:
A real-time wind speed and direction indicator appears on the left side of the screen. The “Smoke Bomb” skill pack releases colored smoke to reveal airflow patterns, while “Ballast” increases dart weight to reduce wind impact. The “Wind Rider” skill allows for slight lateral control of the dart after it has been thrown.
Level Overview (Levels 4001–4800):
Features steady, directional wind. Level 4400 introduces periodic gusts (fluctuating intensity). Level 4800 features turbulent air (random, instantaneous shifts in direction). Beyond Level 5600, updrafts and downdrafts appear, affecting the dart’s parabolic arc. Level 7900 requires throwing from within the eye of a tornado; the dart must orbit the center once before striking the bullseye.
